Yehuda Goldgraber Executive Chairman
Yehuda Goldgraber, Executive Chairman, is also the Executive Chairman of GGS Capital Venture Inc., a family office that focuses on funding trading, metal concentrate, mining and multifamily properties. Prior to co-founding Prolific, Mr. Goldgraber spent 30 years in the metals and mining industry as a Senior Executive and Director for GGS Capital Venture Inc. Additionally, he sits on the board of directors of three other companies. Mr. Goldgraber has experience in a wide array of disciplines but has focused on bulk trading of the PGM metals. Mr. Goldgraber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Steve Fellows Director of Geology/Chief Geologist
Steve Fellows, Director of Geology/Chief Geologist, is a porphyry deposit expert with more than 12 years of experience in porphyry deposits, including the discovery of the PMC Henry Mountains gold porphyry deposit. He is certified and trained in mineral resource estimation and project valuation and has been an expert contributor to top geologic engineering firms including SRK, Snowden, AMC and Global Resource Engineers. Mr. Fellows is a published scientist in leading journals and a presenter in multiple international professional conferences. Mr. Fellows was also an instructor of economic geology and igneous petrology in both the USA and Canada (2008-2017). He is an active member of the Society of Mining Engineers, Society of Economic Geologists, American Mineralogical Society and Prospectors and Development Association. Mr. Fellows received a B.Sc. in Geology at Weber State University and 7 years of doctoral studies at the University of Victoria, British Columbia (ABD)

Jack McClintock MBA, P.Eng., Consulting Geologist
Jack McClintock, MBA, P.Eng., Consulting Geologist, has over 40 years of experience in exploration and acquisitions of gold and base mineral deposits with companies including Rio Algom, Billiton and BHP Billiton where he was Global Exploration Manager. He currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of NorthIsle Copper and Gold Inc. Mr. McClintock has a track record of successfully leading and participating in many significant mineral discoveries including the world-class Spence porphyry copper deposit (now BHP Billiton’s Spence Mine) in Chile. While with Rio Algom, he was part of the team that lead to the acquisition of the Antamina and Bajo de la Alumbrera mines.

Jeffrey Mushaluk Corporate Development
Jeffrey is an experienced capital markets specialist having served as an executive for five publicly listed mining companies. His experience includes founding, managing, and developing various financial businesses and he has raised more than C$100 million. Mr. Mushaluk is a former Buy-Side Equity Analyst at an Investment Fund Management firm. Jeffrey graduated with distinction from the University of Maine, where he double majored in business management and finance while captaining the men’s hockey team.
